What does a Guy Want?

There's no way to generalize about what "all guys want". Some guys want a gentle caring woman, who will soothe him when he's stressed and massage him when he's tense. Some guys want a strong, athletic woman, who will hike mountains and camp by streams. Some guys want a sophisticated woman who will enjoy fine restaurants and nights at the ballet. Some guys want a fiery, energetic woman who will cheer wildly at football games and drink beer with the guys.

However, all guys, like all human beings, want someone they will *enjoy* being with. They want to be respected for what they know, to be loved and cared for. Sure, they're not perfect. None of us are. And guys are brought up with all sorts of mixed messages about "be strong and silent" and "No wait, cry and be sensitive" and "Men don't cry" and so on. It can be very confusing for them to know WHAT they're supposed to be like. Let your guy be HIMSELF, and however he feels, that it's OK.

Be Friendly

You might not realize it, but many guys are PETRIFIED of talking to a girl. So if the girl seems scary or uninterested, they will run away! Be as friendly as you can be. Smile, be happy, seem open for conversation. Don't go racing from place to place - stroll along slowly, so he has a chance to stop you and talk with you for a moment. Don't sit hunched over, avoiding eye contact. Sit back and smile, looking around the room. If you catch his eye, hold it for a second before you continue looking around.

You need to give guys the impression that you are easy to talk to - and that you will not bite their heads off if they make that scary first step. If a guy DOES start to talk to you, be encouraging. He probably overcame gigantic fears in talking to you - you want him to feel that it was worth it.

Be Happy With Yourself

I know this can be REALLY hard for most girls. You are bombarded with the media showing you that "girls should be stick-thin", "girls should have gigantic breasts", "girls should have flawless skin" and so on. Companies make billions of dollars by convincing every single woman that they are ugly unless they take drastic steps. And the sad part is that we believe these companies.

A guy wants to be with a woman that is HAPPY. If you go around thinking you're flawed and ugly and miserable, that is not appealing to any guy. But if you accept that you are what you are, and that you're rather content with that, your happiness will radiate out and be pretty obvious to those who meet you. They'll see you being happy - and want to share in it.

None of us are perfect. We are all human. So be happy with your unique human features, and show off your best trait. We all have something that we're proud of - or at least reasonably OK with. You're sure to meet a guy who is fond of that sort of trait, and who is drawn to your smile.

Be truthful

Don't lie about yourself. Tell the guy about the real you and don't make up things. Sooner or later they would probably find out and might not be as interested in you.

Don't be shy

You may think guys are always full of bravery and will be the ones to ask you out, but that's not necessarily true. Many guys are shy around girls, and nervous of making a mistake and sounding stupid.

Don't be afraid to talk to a guy you like. If you talk to him a bit, you may find he'll feel a bit more comfortable with you, and have the bravery to ask you out.

Don't play hard to get.

Don't play hard to get. If you eep playing hard to get, He'll get tired and give up. Just be easy on him, nut not too east.

Don't Wait

Don't wait until he has another girlfriend. You have to step in and say that you like him. If you don't then you may never have the chance to date.

Get to know him

Try not to be shy and ask him what he likes and what he doesn't like. If you don't get the chance to talk to him, talk to one of his friends and ask about him.You'll be surprised what you get out of it.( Believe me, Had my own experience from it)

MAKE HIM JEALOUS!

we are all jealous! jealousy can cause a lot of emotional pain. make him feel like he lost everything he once had. date other guys and make him see you. remember if u can see him. he can see you.
